A friend took me and my family here back when were visiting L.A in 2018. Food is always on point with their canh chua and Claypot fish. We always came back to eat whenever we visiting from the East Coast.Staffs are friendly, owner always checked on us and the place clean.
Omg, I can't say enough for this restaurant, delicious , great customer service, cozy, the hot and sour fish soup, fried prawn was to die for. We had the combination 2 for 2 persons is out of this word. We will return and try the rest of the menu. Thank you for having us.
Good variety and service. The sweet sour soup and pork sweet rice cake appetizer were the best among other dishes ordered. The venison was below average. Will come back to try the baked while fish.
Got the braised river prawn in caramelized roe sauce — unreal. So savory and roe-y, the prawn was massive. Staff was SO nice. Definitely will be back again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?
After reading the good reviews for their baked catfish I decided to give this place a try. We initially called ahead and ordered a small catfish for dine in. They called back and said they were out of small and offered us a medium size which we agreed to. The baked catfish they served us did not taste freshly made. Many parts of the fish were very hard and dry. We were disappointed with their baked catfish.
Went there two weeks, and made a reservation today. The food is authentic and really good. It does not seem to have beef dishes. My friends who are Jews want to try it but do not care too much about fish. We will find out soon.
I got their family dinner for 4 with canh chua. Food was pretty good and it felt like home cooking. Canh chua was a little too sweet but not bad. Everyone has a different palette for that dish. It’s whatever your mom made, we like it a bit more sour. Ca kho to was good and the family dinner for 4 was good. Hai the server was also very nice, I will be back to try their famous baked catfish. So nice to have viet home style cooking in Rosemead instead of going to Westminster.

Very very baded customer service Anh if you’re order on the phone they never make or ready for you until you come over and wait for them and they always said we’re so busy but when you’re getting was no no no customer
