Sat at the bar and that’s ok because that was my intention, but hoped to get a table in the bar area but all were full of dirty plates and looked like they have just been sitting there awhile. This made my visit shorter than I had liked. Customer service at the bar was great. Not being able to sit at a clean table ruined my experience and it seemed like there was no urgency to clean the bar tables and it was like after 4 p.m.
Extra charge for soup! I went there on 5/14/22. I got the soup and salad. Service was really slow. I was done with my soup and it took the waiter over 10mins to come back to our table. I decided to order 2 bowls of soup to avoid waiting again. Turns out that they charged me about 6 bucks for an "extra" soup. What on earth! It's not my fault service was slow and at the very least the waiter should've warned me about the charges. I love Olive Garden but this was a bitter experience.
No complaints about the food it was great but the service was horrible. We were seated right away no issues there but then they never came back to take our order at all. No drinks not anything. We waited and waited i asked for help twice and both times I was told "I'll get your server" but apparently we didn't even have one. Till finally the manager stepped in and he took our order and everything.
Lovely location next to Montebello mall. The food at this location was delicious. The service and employees here were welcoming and so helpful! Great food as always. I'm glad I got the chance to experience this location.
Went with a friend from work, and we are at the bar. Service was great, drinks were great and the meal was great too. The atmosphere is good in the bar but it was not all that busy. I would come back, the food quality, temp and taste was perfect, the included salad was fresh and very good and the bread sticks were great too. I would come back.
My friend and I went this week and everything was great! Our food was delicious and our server Moises was outstanding!! Very polite, always checking what we needed and answered all our questions about the food that we asked. He is very young but knows what he is doing and has great customer service! Thank you Moises for your help and for been patient and understanding with us. You were great! Will definitely be back to this Olive Garden. ?
We ate at the bar and had a few drinks. Great customer service by Destiny. She got our drinks and kept checking on us if we needed anything. She is very attentive to delivering a great experience. Next time my wife and I might just opt for eating at the bar instead of waiting for a table.
Ordered all you can eat soup salad and bread sticks.. server never returned after dropping off our first order had to flag down another server just to get a second soup.. took forever to get it bread sticks got hard while waiting.. we weren't offered a second salad after bowl was empty and my tea was not refilled once.
I love the food here! Great service and homestyle atmosphere
Me and my daughter came here for dinner in the month November of 2021. My daughter had to send her dish back twice because it was not prepared properly. When I talked to the manager they agreed to taking the dish off the final total. However the waiter still brought the bill in full with the unwanted dish. Long story short I paid for the bill with the dish removed. Only to find my account had be charged the original bill as well as the bill with the deduction. So I was charged twice, I called my bank to dispute one of the charges. They refunded my account fast forward to today. I check my account and found, that Olive Garden denied that they overcharged me. I will dispute this charge again even if it means me coming back to talk to whomever is in charge. This is outlandish that Olive Garden thinking they're going to get away with it, if I have to go to cooperate I will do just that. Be careful using those kiosks to pay for your meals double check your bill .
