My favorite McDonalds is Walmart right in New Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill
Visited today while we were in the area.Bad idea.First it took a while for our food... but not cause it was being made, it literally was sitting on counter in a bag.Needless to say our meal was luke warm. I always ask for fries well done. They were warm and definitely not well done and crispy.The soda was awful(coke and dr. Pepper)Sadly it was a waste of money...I didn't want to complain and have to waste even more time.
Friendly staffs. Especially Sergio. He’s. Very kind and giving person. I was waiting for an order with my gig work and while waiting for the order, he offered me an iced vanilla coffee and French fries. I wanted to pay but he said “No need. I have you covered” it made me believe again that there are still good people in Los Angeles. May God Bless you and your family Sergio. And that also includes your team at McDonald’s. You’re gold Sergio!
4-5-2022. Notice employee Brandon pouring back a cup of coffee into a half full pot of coffee. Why? I asked him. Brandon said it was a extra one. Talked to unmasked Manager and asked him if that's part of training employees? Manager said, No. During this time of viruses. I feel it's unsafe to do this.
New kids are tying their best, I don’t understand why people don’t go easier on them when they are clearly nervous trying to do their job plus someone screaming at them doesn’t help. A little slow but I mean you get the your food at the end??♀️
It was a very good big mack combo but I used to love their apple pies but there all dried nasty don't know why but don't get them anymore
The Females in the early morning @5am are on point. Professional, quick, have everything ready before customers come rolling in. The guys when they are on, are lazy, don't have coffee ready, are late (I've lost count knowing they are supposed to start @4:30am) and don't show up till 5am and aren't ready to go, disorganized. Now I find out that they put one of the Guys as Asst. Mgr instead of Nancy who is really on point. Once she is gone I won't be back, there is no point in me getting frustrated with the guys being in charge. Don't know how the Management at this location goes about promoting, but I can tell you this, had you asked the morning customers, they would tell you that you made a really bad decision. Shame on you for not putting Nancy or the other morning Girl as Manager. Favoritism?
Phone is broken. I can hear their staff, but they can’t hear me. Appreciate the staff is patient, picked up my call 3 times. Manager could work better!
Never had any issues with this particular McDonald's. I got my order as usual and processing time is fine. As for other customers waiting in line, that's a different story.
This McDonald’s is y created equal! If you order in-app. You will notice they don’t charge for extras or sauces like extra Mac sauce or extra lettuce. SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!
