Excuse me? This is a $8 cucumber appetizer? It was literally just chopped cucumber in red oil (tasteless) plus there were not many people in the restaurant when we went, but the waiter was impatient for us.

I came here with my family for an anniversary. The selections are mostly traditional items you can expect from Chinese restaurants. Definitely on a pricier side but they give decent portion and the quality is great. The fresh lobsters and king crabs are huge.

Kao duck meat is not fresh and has spoiled taste.

My second time having dinner at Longo Seafood Restaurant. The service was excellent. The food is high quality and delicious. I think the cost is pricey. If I'm going to dine at a upscale restaurant and pay the premium price for food and service. I will expect the best of the best. The dinnerware was chipped and the chop sticks were ordinary. It seems that they bought the dinnerware at a second hand store. Overall, I like the restaurant decor and I would suggest that you try Longo Seafood Restaurant.

i was a bit apprehensive about this place at first but it’s honestly one of the better chinese places i’ve been to in the area. the dishes aren’t heavily seasoned but not in a bad way, the flavors are quite delicate.we ordered the vietnamese style filet mignon, egg white scallop fried rice, braised pork, salt and pepper squid, and crispy noodlesthe filet mignon was the star of the meal, it was incredibly tender and juicy and came with a lot of meatthe scallop fried rice was quite good, but it arrived very late and the restaurant didn’t want to give us white rice because we ordered it, and it was also quite expensive for the sizethe braised pork was very tender and the fat was extremely good, but i wish they were cut into smaller piecesthe salt and pepper squid was pretty decent but nothing spectacular, the batter had a good texture thoughthe crispy noodles were just okayc and it was pretty salty

Dim Sum are okay, just average. Customer service can be approved.

Overall the food is above average, and the price is on the high side. One gripe I have is the cost for the Har Gou at $6.29 for 4 small pieces. For that price I expect 5 pieces.

The food was really great. Everything was prepared wonderfully and the Singapore noodles were some of the best we've had. The lobster was very good, and nicely done. Really good crispy roast pork also. The food is a little pricey and the service is okay, not great but not terrible. We were charged for tea that we didn't order though and when I pointed it out that we didn't order the tea, I was informed that it is charged to every person whether it is ordered or not. This is not good practice. Our meal was nearly $200 with the lobster making up more than half the amount, and somewhat over charged based on current market prices, and they felt the need to then charge us for tea that we didn't drink? Not sure what to say about that. I'll say again that the food is great and I would recommend this place based on the food alone, but with a caveat, don't forget to get your tea you'll be paying for it whether you drink it or not.

Parking in back with entrance from parking lot. The dim sum is tasty. The price ranges from around $5 to really expensive for lobster filled dumplings.

You need to know your dim sum to order, as they don't display them at the counter. But it's really good and worth the drive from Central LA.
