A review from a foodie...Ridiculously over priced for such poor quality food , and such high promises !We ordered the Peking Duck, it came out cold , skin was actually mushy. Meat was dry/cold and it did not look like it was a whole duckmaybe a half of duck. I think this place has gone down hill and it is hit and miss , looking at the reviews. The worst I have ever had and I have had a lot !Ridiculously over priced and to get our dish cold was even worse . A HUGE disappointment! We had the walnut shrimp drizzled with sweet mayonnaise sauce it was just OKWe also ordered the stewed pork which was pretty good , however we will not be returning. All a big show this picture . We DO NOT recommend

We followed recommendations to go try this restaurant. No doubt the Peking duck was good except that the skin can be more crispy but still good. The pancakes for the duck were thin. Other food was good but not "wow" type of good. The steamed scallops were way too salty. The dessert 'taro paste' was surprisingly good. But I have to explain why I give 3 stars. One waitress was very very rude to one of us. She raised her voice for no reason and that's how our attention was caught that she was raising her voice at one of our friends. She left quickly after that. We had a big group. All of us were shocked that we received such terrible service for the prices we had to pay. A waiter came after her. He was just doing his job. I cannot say he was friendly or not friendly but no expression of any kind, just doing his job and that's it. We were expecting sincere and friendly service but we didn't get it at that point. After a while, maybe the waitress heard that we were asking each other why she was so rude etc, she came back to our table littler friendlier but too late and not sincere. Service should be consistent and sincere. A success of a restaurant depends greatly on service which determines whether customers feel welcomed. There are tons of competition everywhere esp in LA, even if food is good but if service is terrible, I would not go back. I would rather support restaurants that truly appreciate their customers for supporting them with friendly and sincere service. Conclusion, I will not go back to this restaurant.

Tasty Beijing style Chinese food that specializes in Beijing peking duck. Make sure to call ahead and "reserve" a duck. I call in an hour or two ahead. They can get pretty busy on the phone, so just keep ringing until you get through. All their food tastes great and authentic, but it's not the best peking duck I've had in SoCal (I personally prefer Happy Duck House). The interior is big, clean, and spacious. Plenty of free parking in the shopping plaza. Good customer service and very quick meal prep time. Expect to pay about $50-75 per adult. I'm not too crazy on coming back immediately, but I do recommend it!

Peking duck was delicious. The skin was very crispy and meat was juicy and flavorful.

Great food and nice ambiance! Will recommend to friends!

Good food, great service!

Had Thanksgiving meal here. Waited over an hour to be seated but it was worth every minute. Peking Duck was perfect. Pork elbow in chili sauce was amazing. Soup dumplings were excellent. Service was extremely prompt and friendly. Highly recommended.

Everything was very good except I wasn't a big fan to the meat pie but that's just me Everything else was very delicious

One the best Peking duck places I've been to! The skin is super juicy and crispy. The other dishes are very authentic as well, the steamed fish and pan fried pancake were my favorite!

It's ok, but kinda disappointed by the presentation. The usual Peking duck presentation is usually a chef cutting up the skin right in front of your table to serve. it's missing in this restaurant, either due to the pandemic or just not the standard serving process. The skin is ok, comparable to SF Bay Peking duck restaurants...still pretty far from real Peking duck in Beijing or Shanghai.
