First time I've been here around the area. Thought I'd get something quick being my first week on the job as a nurse. No dine in.. I understand but wanted an order to go but don't have a car. I was instructed by a young man worker to go drive thru. At first declined because I hesitated. I waited for one car to order.. talked to the speaker if I may order.. asked a couple of times if they're there.. no reply. Asked if there's a camera or how do I know I can order. After 5 minutes. Gave up plus a car was going to order after me.. i just responded I suppose cannot order without a car it's most likely car sensor not by voicemoved aside and the intercome they responded to his order.Very rude customer service, is an understatement. Not going there that's for sure.Happy nurses week, indeed.
We got to this location at 9:11 and they said that they were closed. On Google it says that they close at 10pm yet they still have "we are open 24" signs on their store windows. It's always an issue. We also have issues at other locations with their hours of operation or them closing sooner. Clarify your store hours because it gets pretty annoying.
About a month ago, I placed and order via mobile app. When I arrived to this location to pick up my food, the staff had locked its door 1 hour prior to scheduled closing time and they STILL confirmed that I showed up and picked up my food when I never even did. I've been going back and forth with customer service via email TO THIS DAY and I still haven't received my 30 dollar refund.
I got delicious warm crunchy tacos and jalapeno popers. Good service the two ladies in the counter were really nice and help me with my order which is nice after a long day of work. The indoor dining was clean.
This place frequently closes before it's close time. When they stay open, they only sell drinks. I may be wrong, but seems like a very lazy attitude costing this site money. I had to drive to another site for some food.
The service here is getting lousier by the day. I took my daughter, not late in my opinion. It was somewhere between 8:30 to 9pm. They didn't have ice cream, shakes or lava cakes. When we got to the window (ever so slow moving line) we were told they had no change. I seriously doubt that I will return. Don't waste your time. Burger King is across the street.
Terrible service. I ordered a spicy chicken burger, #10 combo, but got double beef paddy. My fault not checking the screen at drive through. I wanted chicken and not beef, so I ate half of the burger and tossed it. The guy at the window carelessly handed me the change and one of the bills fell on the ground. I said it’s okay but I didn’t hear anything from him. After picking up the bill I heard “sorry” in a very low voice, maybe it wasn’t a “sorry”. After I grabbed the food and said thank you. No response. Deh…
This Jacks can't get your order right and will blame you for their mistake. They have staff that don't really want to be there and it shows. Gloria is the worst.
Bad experience the dine in area is closed and there is no explanation why I just want lunch to go it sucks that they closed inside I can't go thru drive thru cause I have a big truck and I haven't heard any restrictions from officials government
