Service is kind of abysmal. Patrons are having to flag down employees to pay. Sat waiting for well over twenty minutes to place our order…. And after which we promptly had basically what we ordered. Kind of. I wouldn’t describe their French toast as French toast… by any metric of imagination. Bottom line, they seem under staffed. Manager just playing on his phone. Took me twenty minutes just to flag an employee down to pay.
I had the worst experience at this location to start i ask for a coffee and they brought me a mug that was disturbing it still had lipstick from the previous person ? it nasty, and to make it worse 2 of the plates were dirty as well, we literally had to ask for the server to bring us everything salt creamer sugar we the server never ask us if we wanted more coffee like they usually do. The service was bad and I definitely will NOT be coming back.
I waited for about 20 minutes just to place my togo order, i watched as the servers would just look at me and sit other guest and continue to ask “are you a to go order” and failed to take my order. Once they did take my order they had be wait again to pay, i would of like to go out and run an errand while i was waiting for my order but i couldn’t as they didn’t take my payment right away. This was the most frustrating experience.
Everything was very fresh and very well put together always enjoy them don't go there very much but they are nice place to go
The restaurant was very nice and clean and I still ate the delicious food even after being in the bathroom w a staff member who use the bathroom and didn't wash her hands.
Very delicious and yummy pancakes, perfect place.

I was there about 2 days ago and not a happy dinner nite with my daughter turns out they were out of steak also no white bread only wheat bread nd my daughters food was all stale nd cold I don't think I'll be going to this IHOP again ?
