It's still serves the best wonton noodle soup in SGV.
I don't recommend people go there to eat at the Harlam's Kitchen Rest, the old man works there, he is very bad attituded, he is no education, and food has a lots MSG, and food tastes bad.
Wonton noodle soup and (if you get there early enough) donut cruller with rice wrapped around it is delish! Cash only!

Great food, but cash only. And if you ever have a compliant, you won't get any help! It's culture thing from which I'm American, but food to dam good.
The meals and service were above our expectations. We absolutely enjoyed the environment of this spot. Superb restaurant to take my family out for lunch.
