Yesterday we when to pollo loco on Garvey, Rosemead. The chicken had a bad odor, I try not to think about but we got sick. Be careful food gets spoiled easily with this heat. Weather affects the time food maintain freshness. Avoid places like this where they don’t care about the time food has been exposed to inadequate temperatures. ? I’ll never come back here.
Just here to say that ordered a 3 piece meal (leg and thighs) Flavor good as usual, but today, pieces were too small. I don’t know why Pollo Loco does this sometimes. I eat there very often in different locations around LA county because I like it and I like to eat healthy but quality control fails sometimes. These small pieces shouldn’t be delivered to the restaurants.
A Mexican grilled chicken restaurant. The do sell few other Mexican dish usually as limited time item. Like right now they doing Birria.One down side for this restaurant, at least when I was there, was the woman at the pick up side did speak English. Which kind of slow down process when they need someone to call out the numbers in English, or when she had to interact with non Spanish customers.

I couldn't believe the service here. They don't give you napkins or utentials to eat. And when you ask them for it they make you say please and look at you like you are bothering them.
Fast and good service. Not as clean as I would like it. Staff were nice, and used their ? masks properly, and some even nohad gloves. Thumbs up. ?

Ordered ahead on app. Well worth it. Gets busy here. Packed my classic chicken burrito. Oh also you can specify all your salsas and stuff on app. Nice and easy.
