Great food and bakery items, great customer service, can be very crowded at times. Offers a large selection of foods and sweet treats.
Well, my banh mi was just meat and mayonnaise so yeah, not great. Not even a hint of any of the usual toppings. From what I did get, it tasted okay, nothing special.
I love ordering from here via DoorDash, i love stopping by for the pork buns with quail egg inside.
The food were good. The cashier ladies in the morning shift were very rude. They yelled at me for asking to buy dessert. Manager or owner needs to tell this two ladies. This is not the first time either. They over charged me many times. Never say sorry. I really need a business bureau to take a look into this business. My husband stepped in n said please do not yell at my wife. She is a customer and she was just asking you to give her dessert that was behind you,which was ready, just needed a lid. Unacceptable manner. I would like to talk to a manager but they kept saying call back tomorrow. This behavior and over charging customers has to stop.
Today November 5-2021 Friday evening at 6:28 pm I went to Banh Mi Che Cali at Valley Blvd # 119 . After I got home noted that I got overcharged today and I am not happy ???. This morning I called them at 9:46am explaining about my overcharged. The lady from the store asked me if I could bring the receipt over so that they could look at. So I did the minutes I started to explain. The twos ladies from the front cashier started to yelled at me for not checking my items. It’s all my fault. Will miss perfect I know it my fault that I trust you guys.SO RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL,DISRESPECTFUL TO A CUSTOMER. NEED TO TAKE ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASS.
This review is for Banh mi & Che Cali by 888 restaurants. Super rude and unprofessional customer service. I came here early Saturday 0ct, October 23 around 7 mornings for my banh gio and some other food. The lady, who was in charge of the cashier, was really rude. For example, I asked if I can get the receipt after, she said if you don't pay first how can I give you back the receipt. I did not see the pen to sign, she told me, " it is right in front of me, didn't you see?" She was not happy and frustrated. Even though she had only one customer before me, the place was not busy at that time. That man, who was in front of me, asked her a question and her answer was in an unacceptable tone. In my opinion, if you are not happy with the place then leave. She works here at the same time every time I come for my food. Manager please read this ( if she is your relative or not -do something) and make some improvements to customer service. This is not only a one-time thing because it happens every time with this attitude. People bring the business to you with this pandemic.

I got food poisoning from the Barbecue beef sandwich, milk Thai tea, Horrible customer service. I was yelled at by the women cashier. Know what you are going to order or else your going to get yelled at by her.I went to the hospital because the food poisoning was very bad and my body went into shock, threw up blood ,diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea and fever and chills.
