This guy here at this location needs better customer service poor cashier performance I come to load my net spend card the money doesn't get loaded on my card when I ask for a receipt he tells me he can't give me one someone please educate this guy on California state law when working cashier out of business he really told me no he can't give me a receipt

Stop here in the afternoons omw home from work. The clerk is always super nice and helpful. He gets to know all the regulars and is an asset to any customer service business.

It is 3:30am I haven ok t eaten all day I have a microwaveable dinner that I walked a mile to 711 to heat up so I can eat and the man working will not let me heat it t up I have just gotten out of hospital and really need the nutrition. He did not have to be so rude. I feel your store is putting my health at risk there is no where else open at 3 in the morning think of how hungry I must be to have walked a mile when my legislators injured and then to be treated so rudely. The 711 the opposite way on hellman is a million times better next time I will walk the extra 2 miles to go to that one instead
Amazing place, always clean and friendly staff. I stop by this store almost daily, after work, and it is very nice to see a friendly face. The clerk, Melvin, is AWESOME. He is very nice and attentive. I always find myself walking out the store still talking to him while I'm leaving. I definitely recommend this place and I suggest more employees like Melvin, he makes this location a great experience for me and many other customers as I have witnessed. Keep up the great work Melvin.
