So, I don't eat much fast food, but Taco bell is a guilty pleasure. I've been to MANY taco bells, and this is by far the worst one. They are completely inconsistent. Sometimes the food is made well but usually it is subpar.Just now the cashier at the window dropped the card scanner and it took them 10 minutes to fix it. Meanwhile the food was just sitting there on the counter getting cold, and if anyone knows what it's like eating soggy Taco Bell tacos, yum!The tacos didn't have any tomatoes on them. Just cheese and lettuce. I just read that they no longer put tomatoes on the regular tacos and only offer those on the taco supreme. What do tomatoes and sour cream have to do with one another?I guess I just realized this because I just started buying tacos again after Taco Bell took everything else I used to order off the menu. Including the Mexican pizza and the tostada. Taco Bell used to be my favorite fast food place and they're quickly becoming my enemy. The next Taco Bell I go to I will be asking for tomatoes on my regular taco, if they try to charge me that will be the last time I eat at Taco Bell.Your food is simply not worth eating at that point. These soggy tacos with just cheese and lettuce are so pathetic looking, it's embarrassing.
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered on the app but when I got there, it was complete bs. They were supposed to be open, but all of the doors were locked and the lights were off. But, there were two employees inside just hanging out, and they even turned off the open sign. When we tried to go through the drive through, they put a wet floor sign in the middle so you couldn't go through. I had to walk through the drive thru to the eindow. They said that they were closing for an hour . The only thing that they did right was actually give me our food
Tried to order the pizza on the app, but the website fully down. Ok fine go into store, told pizza only available to order on the App. Show two phones that both say Taco Bell is down. I again ask can I order in person told no even asked ring up for something else similar priced. Wow so skipped and went across the street for a burger. Btw Taco Bell you might want to study your competition with apps yours has always been glitchy.
I've been to this taco bell about 6 times I over the years. Every time I've visited the wait time is long. I mean really, really long, and once if I hadn't gone back to the counter and checked the wait time would have been forever, they gave my order to some other lucky patron!?
Breakfast lady was nice, but please do not EVER assume someone wants cream and sugar in their coffee without asking. That’s just weird. I had to dump it out when I got home.
Not surprised that this locations service lacks. Went inside and waited for server to take order but staff was busy with drive thru orders, so I went to use self serve kiosk but it did not have the option to order nacho fries on it so went back to counter to order and it took a minute for someone to come up and take our order. Ordered a few items for family but realized after they had charged an extra drink, so I just asked for some chips and cheese since it was just cheaper then the drink anyways, server said ok. Took a few minutes to get food and the person who served food on counter in a bag did not put the extra chips in, but I didnt feel like arguing over 2 dollars. The nacho fries portion looked like it was a container for a kids menu(plus they little containers they came in werent even that full)the rest of the food was ok, but kinda sucked even for taco bell standards. Restaurant wasn't that clean and there were ants on the wall. Wife wanted to use bathroom but there was a lock on it, so she went and asked to use it, the staff walked her to the restroom and let her in. Been to this location a bunch but seems like since covid they forgot how to run the inside anymore, The lights were off inside and just didnt seem that inviting.
Did not receive my order because they were out of potatoes. They said I'd be able to refund my order through the app if they marked it as ready, then they were unable to do so. They refused to refund cash and instructed me to request a refund through the app. Three requests directly through their form have gone unanswered for two weeks now.
Black bean Crunchwrap supreme would have been great if there were black beans in it. Wish mine was more like the pic on their menu. Doesn’t even come close.
Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. My co worker and I got food poisoning from this Taco Bell. Ruined us for a whole week we had the squirts. Stay away from this one.
The drive thru is always open but half the time there are things on the menu that are no longer available. The area is heavily patroled by cops that seem to profile. Plus the food isn't really that good for you. Doesn't even taste as good as it used to.
