I stopped in today with my 5lb service dog. Owner came at me aggressively asking if he was a service dog (legal). Then proceeded to demand to see papers which is discrimination and illegal to ask. When I was walking out he said he was going to post a sign stating “no service animals” also super illegal. I’m filling a complaint for discrimination of the American disabilities act. When I was leaving under his breath he called me a “dumb fuck”.

I am sitting here now waiting on my order the staff has a hard time speaking clearly witch is fine but I misunderstood them and they spoke to me like I was dumb and then I got my order and it was not correct. I will not return to this place again. My biggest thing with customer service work is to be respectful and kind and this place is far from that.
We've been going here for years now. Food is always great, bagels always taste great. Nice to see so many different options for bagel sandwiches.
I used to love this place but the last 3 times I’ve gone there they got my order wrong. Today I ordered a blueberry bagel with honey cream cheese. I got a pizza bagel with honey cream cheese ??? How does blueberry sound anything like pizza??? I’m hangry and it took 20 mins - the time before that it took over 30 and it was wrong again. Delicious, but write the order down and give it to them if you want to get what you ask for I guess.
