Service is great and the employees are very kind, patient, and helpful. Went there everyday for a whole week to see if they were as consistent as the previous day's. They are, my only critique is that sometimes they forget to wrap the sandwich in saran-wrap when asked. Other than that the service and experience is great! The hot Pastrami sandwich is soooo good!

Went there for the first time yesterday.I only ordered a half sandwich but aparently the girl, one of the staff expected a tip.And told me thank you for nothing when I thanked her.Needless to say it was Very rude and I wont be back
