Orderd a Spicy chicken From the drive-through it was awsome !!!
The staff seemed annoyed we came inside to order. They said their register up front was down and they could only accept cash but we could go in the drive-through and that register was working. We luckily had cash. What appeared to be a female manager tells someone to take our order. The male worker was speaking in Spanish and said something to the effect, why does he have to take the order. The manager sayd because it's your register and she walked away. If you don't like your job or want to work somewhere else, please do. Staff should be mindful that some customers understand Spanish too.
The worst Popeyes I have ever been to, don’t order their frozen drinks they taste like bleach and if you go back to return them there are not refunds this place customer service sucks. Been there twice first time was a mobile order that some how got canceled so I had to pick up the food and asked what happened the girl was like nothing we didn’t cancel anything when I had received the email saying the restaurant canceled your order, useless people .
Good food for the most part. Occasionally they mess up but always willing to fix the problem before you leave property.
Not impressed... Place looks dirty just form looking into the drive thru window. The Popeyes App is garbage. Does not allow you to pick location, just times out. Online ordering is not much better. Can't order half mild and half spicy... When looking into the main restaurant it looks dirty and in disarray... They can do much much better... Food was OK, better than KFC...
Great chicken sandwiches, everything else is decent at best but they need to remove dine in option because they've only done drive thru for about 2 years now. NO DINE IN.
Quality and prices are very bad. 11 pieces meal $35. The chicken nothing but skin. 3 pieces were wings. Not worth the price.
They never get your order right. When try to correct them it becomes a verbal battle.
Sandwich is way better than the new nuggs
It's okay don't really like their fries they're chickens are right if you like a spicy chicken definitely different than KFC. Like the cornbread their beans &rice weren't as good as the last time I went. For a fast food little different chicken flavor then KFC it's okay.
