Call from 1.2 miles away and was told that we were out of delivery area. Called back for pick up and they kept hanging up on me. Lazy employees that don't care!

We have been ordering from this location for years and the quality of the food and service has really gone downhill. Tonight was the third and last time that we are going to put up with this business getting our order wrong. Tonight’s pizza was burnt and not even what we ordered. We also didn’t get the ranch dipping sauce for the chicken wings on our order. This used to be our go to place for pizza pickup or delivery. I do not recommend this Mountain Mike’s location.
had a great experience tonight. I ordered a half cheese/half pep pizza but when I got the box home discovered it was all pep. Picky 6yo won't eat that, so I called and asked what they recommended for a fix. They offered me a complete remake, and it was done with no fuss or strife. Excellent job with the customer service!

Visit was okay. Nothing bad, but nothing great either. Clerk was friendly but over multi-tasking - answering multiple phones while taking our order, not completely understanding what we were trying to order because she was rushing. Breadsticks arrived almost immediately, tasted great. Pizza arrived quick, tasted great too. Soda fountain was out of all but three choices. Ordered a separate pizza to-go (right after ordering first pizza for dine-in) and was never told it was ready. I had to wait in line and ask for it. It had sat on top of oven for 30+ minutes while we ate and edges were way over heated. Overall, this was only an "okay" experience.
