I live this place! I have been going here for years! Even if I haven't been in months she still remembers me. The service amd food are fantastic!

Kyoto is a longtime on site owner-operated sushi-Japanese restaurant tucked away behind Wells Fargo Bank in a strip mall. Once you are inside the quiet, restful decor welcomes you, as does the staff. The sushi chef of many years here is a Master and there is a wide selection of Japanese entrees from the kitchen. Owner Annie is friendly, hands-on. Highly recommended.

A few favorite go-to choices are the Annie roll, of course everyone loves Annie, and the Rohnert Park roll. I've never had a bad experience here and the atmosphere is always welcoming and cozy. Take a chance on a drink recommendation from the staff or owner and you'll be pleasantly suprised. This is a Local's treasure type of place with week day price points for a lovely dinner out without breaking the bank.

The old lady that works there is extremely rude, she went from being sweet as pie to the person ordering over the phone. To short to my husband and I when asking questions about the menu. Horrible service horrible food if you love Fine Japanese Cuisine Susi and Seafood Do Not and I repeat do not go to this rude ladies Restaurant find somewhere else to go. She wouldn’t even give me a glass of water to drink while I waited.

Really like this place, mellow, friendly atmosphere where I can relax and have a nice dinner after a hard day. I've had sushi here before and it was good, not great, but on my last visit it was great. The tonkatsu was great, I like the little added touches like fresh scallions in the gyoza sauce and sliced mushrooms in the miso. The server is friendly and attentive.

I have been going to kyotos since I was 14 yrs old. I am currently 46. My mom, daughter, and son agree with me that Kyotos and Anne are just GREAT! Thank you kyotos for still being around and growing with us. This is my favorite dish or meal. but i trade out my mizo soup for rice substitute at a 1.50 more. Worth it! <3 Thank you for having such good cooks we love your personal hands on care Anne! Your the best!

Great food, generous portions, the ladies give nice service, I like to stop here when I swing by Rohnert Park.

Good but not great. The decor is nice and service is friendly but the sushi is pretty mediocre. The Nagiri was fairly bland and texturally not great. The Maki and specialty rolls were tasty, though.

Great place! Good service, large portions, fresh food.

If I had to use one word to describe the food at Kyoto (Rohnert Park) with out a doubt it simply would be: D E L I C I O U S. Annie is one of the friendliest hostesses/waitresses around. Even if you're seated during the lunch or dinner rush she is cool, calm, collected and has a smile on her face. The kitchen staff works hard and makes sure you get your food as quick as possible. If you find yourself in Rohnert Park I highly recommend going to Kyoto, the food is delicious!
