The customer service here is PHENOMENAL. Specifically, I want to give a shout out to Lucas (is I believe his name). Even though they slightly messed up our initial order, Lucas was so kind and understanding about the situation, and even gave me an extra order on top of a free replacement as well. His customer service skills are that of a 5-star gourmet restaurant, and he went above & beyond to repair the situation. Give this man a raise. Also, the rest of the food was great. I will definitely be coming back here whenever the fried chicken cravings return :) Thanks for the awesome customer service ??
Absolutely horrible time.I waited 15 mins after I paid for my food, only for my fries to be cold, and my order to be wrong. I said no ice in my drink and still got and and I said not lettuce in my drink and still got it.My food was horrible I didn't even want to eat it I was so displeased with this service.

Raw chicken + $6:58 for small coleslaw and I will never be back.In n out burger or chick-fillet are the only way to go.
I was a little confused and if I had gotten a special I would have saved about $6 over the way I ordered. for the same food. Not hating on that, you know, buyer beware. But I would feel better had I been directed to the deal. So the long term repeat business was hurt.
