I like Jack in the Box, but this location sucks. The majority of the employees are extremely rude, they’ve messed up my orders multiple times (one time they FORGOT the beef patty in my burger!), and today, failed to be open at 4:30am when they are supposed to be 24 hours. I understand that sometimes staffing problems arise, but how about turning off online ordering? There were people there, the lights were on and employee cars in the lot, but drive thru sign was off and no response. They also did not answer the phone, as usual. Does the phone even work? I hope they don’t “make my food” later and charge me. No other close options for food in the area. Back home I go, empty handed. What a waste of my time.

Hit this jack in the crack up at 2am. Ordered food for 5 people through the drive thru. It was really, the. Best. Drive. Thru. Experience. I have ver had. They killed it.

Placed the mobile app order for over $60. Went to drive thru and the “lady” at the window just laughed and said she didn’t have our order. We confirmed with our credit card was charged and I got an email confirmation. Total thieves.

Really? The only place to get food 24hrs for miles and miles. It’s fast food, you know what you’re getting. It’s a little weird getting in and out of the shopping center and the place is a little sketch at say 3am or anytime for that matter but if you don’t like the faces of homelessness and addiction spoiling your perception of the world you might be out of luck.
Horrible service. They are never open when they say they are supposed to be. Also terrible interaction from app to window as items are often unavailable with no substitute options when I deal with one of the ladies there, always rude. She acts inconvenienced by our presence. Went in New Years Day, the window said open 24 hours. App said 6am. Placed an order through the app and even though all the lights were on inside, no one came to the drive thru. Drove from home to meet my daughter there to check on the workers, I got there and saw people inside. I knocked on the window and the same lady that is always rude there wagged her finger at me. I told her we have a mobile order we would like to get, almost $40. She said I don’t know I open at 7 (it was then 712) and said I’ll be ready maybe in 40 minutes. I let he know we placed our order and appeared to be charged. She said just wait. I said well what do we do with the mobile order to which she replied I don’t know wait. I just don’t understand when a place advertises to be open at a certain time why they are not. If it is a staffing issue maybe turn off your mobile order options and post that we will open when we open and not commit to a time. As a night worker it is very difficult to sit around and wait for hours after a time commitment and to be treated rudely is not ok.
Bad service they cant even get the orders right. I had to go back because the forgot to put something and then i ordered something els and they still gave me the wrong order twice. Took about 20 to get my food cuse they were going slow. And the managers there are very rude even when you dont give the additude
I don't usually go to Jack in the box because it's too far away but I was pleasantly surprised when I had my grilled sourdough bacon egg and ham and cheese breakfast with the biggest hash browns ever. Delicious.
