I need to give a shout out to the lovely Angela. She was working tonight, 7/9/22, when we stopped for dinner on our way home from the beach. When she learned that it was my out of state aunt's first time ever trying In N Out, she went above and beyond to make her feel welcomed. She was very sweet and helpful and made the experience even more wonderful. She deserves recognition for that!
The workers are great! Especially Josh! Food so yummy even bought a tee shirt!
So disappointed tonight.....Haven't been to In and Out in sometime.Looking forward to a Chocolate shake.It was warm and way whipped with not much of a Chocolate taste at all..So Sad
You know and everyone knows that we can eat In and out once a week because that double double comes out fresh and delicious animal style fries on the side 7-Up to wash it down. That’s American Made. ??☝?
Fast service. Attention to detail excellent. Friendly staff clean restaurants clean bathrooms. Order correct the first time. Love this place food is excellent.
One of the workers had been catching eyes with me. I am a bigger guy 310 lbs, nothing extreme.... but she kept catching my eye.When I cane my time she called off my number. I asked for sauce and was handed two sauces. I grabbed my bag and left.When I got home only half of my order was in the bag.Who cares who is in your restaurant? Maybe just serve the food do your job qnd make sure things are right.Vanity here in California can be absolutely insulting.I live in Washington I don't get to eat there often, and from now on I will have a different take on the restaurant and I'll be checking my food every time!!!
Lady at front counter was rude. I gave the lady my card for payment and card had a chip on it but she didn't put card in all the way. She then yells out " card declined"! I was so embarrassed I asked her to stop screaming that. Then told her the card has a chip please push card in..and it went thru. She was rude and unprofessional unpleasant.
Always love the classic cheeseburger animal style add fresh onion and extra pickle. Two meals with one animal style burger, the other with double patty regular with animal fries.
Left the casino and had some in and out the service and food was really really good.
Good burgers and good fries, just a few choices but that keeps it simple, you can get your food quick and easy.
