I have ordered here many times with no issues. Great tasting food! But alas, I cannot give 5 stars because of a recently found out issue with this place.The order I placed today, they forgot all the salsas. That's like eating French fries with no ketchup. I tried calling to see what happened, no answer. For the next 15 minutes I tried calling since I wasn't the only one missing salsa. I ended up calling a Petaluma location to see if I had the right number. That location called this store, and still no answer.So, just make sure everything is correct BEFORE you leave the restaurant parking lot.
I enjoyed the food there. When it comes to Mexican Fast food you're usually stuck with Taco Bell.. If you want chicken you're stuck with Kentucky fried. Here you can get a variety of South of the border bowls or chicken at a reasonable price ice. They have a number of sides, I really liked the corn. The food was serve hot! And they double bagged my Togo order. Nice.

Came in Saturday (2/05/22) evening for food & to use woman's restroom. FILTHY is an understatement. Made a complaint at counter. Came by today (2/06/22) Woman's bathroom is in same state: FILTHY. NO TOILET PAPER. NO TOILET COVERS. FECES SMEARED ON 1 TOILET SEAT.
Excellent food & staff. The location in Rohnert Park is 100% better than the location in Petaluma. We'll be visiting this place weekly!!
Pollo Loco has redefined what fast food means to me.Fresh and tasty chicken, salsas and sides. Yeah, its not going to be local taqueria good, but they are good in their own right. Better than a majority of fast food/drive through joints.If I'm struggling to figure-out what to cook for my kids dinner, (or maybe I'm having a lazy/burnt out day) Pollo Loco is the first option that I suggest and my kids and spouse will most likely and enthusiastically agree.My only issue is with the coupons that show up in the Tuesday circulars cannot be applied in their app. Besides that, Pollo Loco is all good.
The best Chicken salad. Fresh not bruised vegetables and the dressing is so good.
We had Tosdada salad and it was very good! The staff was so nice and welcoming. Will be back soon.
This place was great. Got the 4 piece chicken meal and it was delicious. Chicken was moist and juicy, and cooked perfectly. I enjoyed it a lot. A little better than the one in Santa Rosa. Will definitely come back again for a quick meal when we’re in the area.
When it comes to fast food, this is fresher then most….. food is good, often great, but service is hit and miss, Rohnert Park location good, but twice at Santa Rosa location server was anti white male, which is normal now more and more, total attitude, rolled her eyes at me, basically threw the food at me, and didnt say thank you, too bad they dont know I'm in a mixed ethnic family.... I was polite kind and respectful... didn't matter to her.
