Good food try there classic rib eye
This is a fajitas rating only. The "new fajitas" are disgusting! I haven't ate at a chilies for over a decade because I moved to an area where they don't exist. I just got into my hotel and a Chili's is across the street. I ordered the old classic and previous best menu item that I could remember, the chicken fajitas. These new fajitas were absolutely revolting. I will never eat Chile's again in my life. All of the great memories I had of going to Chile's and getting fajitas and margaritas with my mom are gone. I cannot believe they would change fajitas of all the menu items! These were absolutely the worst fajitas ever. Never again Chile's. You've lost a customer and I'll tell everyone I know to never eat at a Chilies for as long as I live. Gross!
Food was good however you need lots of patience. After being seated and order my dinner I waited an hour before I got my food. The restaurant wasn't busy.
Went to get a quick bite to eat and waited 15 min for a host. The bartender and two servers passed by me and made eye contact with me never acknowledged I was there. I get they busy and short staffed but a acknowledgment would of gone a long way. I just walked out of there of how upset I was.
Food was ok and service was fine. Nothing special but wasn't really expecting anything more from here. Not sure if it was totally worth the 65$ for 3 people.
The Walt Disney of Mexican and TexMex food. Total turn off with there hybrid app/server approach. Nothing authentic or compelling here. It wasn't terrible, I finished my meal, but without any reason to return.
After checking into my hotel, I ordered through the chili's website for curbside pick up. I ordered a side of fried pickles, and the mushroom burger with a side of fries. You get about 10slices of fried pickles for about 7.00, burgers usually come with fries for about 7.00 to 14.00 per order. The soft drinks seem a bit pricy at 2.99, you are prompted to leave a tip which is silly especially when you walk into the restaurant and go to the counter to pick up your order. After you submit your order you get a text with your confirmation and expected pick up time, and a link to check in at time of pick up. Once you arrive at the restaurant, if you want to do curbside pick up you can check in through their link that is sent via text and add the parking spot number that your in with your car details. The fries were tasty, and so we're the fried pickles, but the burger wasn't flavorful, I could just taste the grill flavor. I ordered a diet coke, but as soon as I felt the thick sweet syrup like flavor running down my tongue instead of the crisp salty taste that you get when you drink a flavored artificial sweetener drink, I knew got a coca cola. I couldn't drink it, I had to toss it.Otherwise it seems like a busy location, it had a steady pace of visitors that I noticed in the 17minutrs that I was there waiting to pick up the order.
I dont know what's been going on with chili's lately but the last 3 times I've came to pick up food I've waited about 10 to 15 min after my scheduled pick up time. I've had to walk inside to get the food every time, I just picked up some food from there mind you there were 3 employees sitting down and my food was just sitting there ready to be taken out. I would have understood had there been anyone else but there were no other cars waiting just me. At least the food tasted good.
We had a little wait to be seated about 15mins but the good food and great staff made it worth it!! We will definitely be eating here again!
Hands down the worst Chili's I've eaten at. That said it's a chain restaurant, what did I expect. Food prep was sub par, some items lukewarm, others cold. Ranch dressing, which was the only condiment served with the various appetizers we ordered, tasted watered down. (Yep, we notice) There was no problem with the service peeps working there , all were nice and attentive. Oh, the ants on the table where a nice touch, not.
