I tried about 10 times to place my order using the app. Each time I got "an error occurred " message. So when I got to Sonic to claim my 12" coney for $1.99, I was turned back by the associate who was taking my order that I'd have to order it via the app. I explained that I had and the error I got. And, she explained, the new computer system was buggy, but that they had been successfully selling the discounted dogs all morning. After consulting her supervisor, she reiterated that she couldn't give me the coney for $1.99, especially since the computer system couldn't accommodate the deviation. We went around and around a few more times with me interjecting that I had received the offer in a text.
We used the drive thru and was in and out fairly quickly. The 8-piece nuggets meal was prepared as requested, "cooked well". It was my Sister's first time trying the chicken and she loved it, especially the waffle fries. Well, I returned to this location in 1 qRhonert Park, only to be told that as of June 1, I can no longer request "cooked well".
First time. Loved it. Less food in your face like other fast food, but felt full leaving. Will be back and trying something different for variety cause I wanna try them all. Even my son wants to try grilled nuggets next time. Take that McFried other place.
Ordered a deluxe and it came as not a deluxe. Didn’t even have cheese. Didn’t know until I was home. Forgot the sauce I asked for. And they gave me the wrong size fries. I’d like a refund actually lol. Feel like I was robbed.
They literally never get my order right, worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Will not be returning again, very disappointed in each experience I’ve had there. Staff is also very unprofessional and disorganized, do not go here if you want a pleasurable time

Staff was very friendly, even though they were about to close. Food was delicious. Spicy Chicken Sandwich for the win.
First time at a Chick-fil-a best chicked sandwich I have had, it but be their sauce. I am sure it won't be my last visit to a chick fil a!
Chicken fill A puts out a great product and the kids who work there have great customer service. Plus I feel like I am flipping off lefties by eating there...lol
Drive trough really bad and not well organized. I ordered a nugget combo ($12) and they charged me $65.79. So they charged $12 and after $65.79. I had to call them and now i have to wait between 5 to 10 days for the money go back to my account. Really frustrating.
