We were ignored. Another customer had to yell to get someone's attention. There were only two workers. The kitchen and dining areas were filthy. I walked out and won't go back.
The female that was doing drive through on Saturday (February 5, 2022)at 1:14pm,needs to learn better customer service and or use her fake customer service voice.What we got was unacceptable and she’s the reason we will not be returning..Sorry she was having a bad day but not our problem..do better or go home..
The manager here is a real a*hol he treats you so badly is unbelievable this is not the first time this happened to us. They don't have salads anymore
They were out of alot of items and the price on the board the price online and the price I was charged were all different. Almost 15$ for 1 med breakfast burger combo. Then it took forever.
I was charged over $8 for this? Is this the hand breaded chicken you think will be a contender? Popeye's does it better for half the price. I used to love Carl's Jr.

For fast food Carl's provides much better food than McDonald's. The meat tastes fresher, the condiments are more flavorful.
Great if your trying to drop 30+ bucks on 2 combos.
The Manager is always polite. The food is fast. I wish the coat was lower but I can't really complain
