I’m really disappointed with the customer service at this Burger King. Not only did they get the order wrong, but we had missing burgers and fries. I understand it might be fast paced trust me I understand having to work at chick fil a. The main goal was customer satisfaction and the fact that the crew members got frustrated and mad they were a little disrespectful.
They messed up my order and wouldn't process a refund. They don't care when you have an issue it's just go go leave you done. They are the worst. I have gotten sick from this place before. I'm done eating here don't go to this place they are the worst
Way expensive, a whoppers to be $0.99, today they wanted $6.69, and that's for sandwich only..
I eat at this drive thru regularly. They recently forgot the cheese on one of my burgers and refused to fix their mistake on my next visit because I didn't produce a receipt for my burger. It's a 20¢ difference in price that they apparently think I'm trying to scam them out of. Who keeps a receipt for a $1.50 item? Disappointing service for a place I'm a regular at.

The people who work there are vary rude.. theY wouldn't I've me reciet at 1st because they new they messed up my order. Then they tried o charge my son a 13 son for a cup of water.
