Covid related disappointments hopefully it will improve
So, got my order through Grubhub and I am really unhappy. I specifically stated well done for my burger and it was super pink. Eating pink meat makes me sick. And there was no bacon on my fig and peanut butter burger. So, that was disappointing. If they would of gotten my order right I would have ordered from them in the future.
Just ordered through Uber eats rn. Got the bbq jalapeño burger. It’s true, it’s a fast food burger. It’s nothing extra ordinary just very much over priced for a just adequate burger. Also go the Buffalo tots. They were again nothing crazy, just okay. Not enough Buffalo sauce and the carrots threw me off, but added freshness. Overall I give the burger a 4/5 out of 10 and the Buffalo tots a 3/4 out of 10. I do not recommend.

This place was actually awful. I was got the BA burger over greens and got a hand full of mixed greens, a hockey puck, 1/2 piece of cheese 5 mushrooms and 2 slices of bacon. Char broiled more like Char Burned.Tater tots look amazing however they are lack luster. Under cooked tater tots. Not loaded a small drizzle of sauce, half of a pinch of bacon bits and smothered in scallions.It was absolutely awful. Will not be back.
Just DoorDash’d from here today. Got their mushroom truffle burger and fries. It was absolutely delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I am definitely going to order from here again.

I ordered a burger with grilled onions and added bacon. The burger itself was nothing special Honestly for the price and quality I would have rather gone to In & Out. I would have had a freshly made burger the way I wanted.Burger Academy is nothing more than a very expensive fast food burger. The patty is clearly not freshly made, but frozen. There wasn't enough condiments as what they did put on soaked into the bun. I'd love to say that the addition of the bacon helped, but I didn't receive it. Also I was expecting grilled onions as it was part of the order. However they were also missing.Of course whats a burger without fries. Their fries were just that, fries. Again I'd rather of had In & Out. I would have paid about a third of what I paid at Burger Academy and had freshly made food that I was incredibly disappointed over all.I wouldn't recommend Burger Academy at all. Save your time and money. There are to many other good burger places out there.
