I'm sorry but this was pathetic. They had absolutely no excuse to be as late as they were with my doordash order that I was picking up for a customer who ordered it delivery through doordash. All he ordered was a burger. That's it. Yes it comes with fries and a drink, but still that's literally all he ordered. They don't have the excuse of it being busy there either. There weren't very many customers there at all. Just a few sitting at the bar. There weren't other people coming in to pick up to go orders. There weren't other people coming in to pick up delivery orders either. They had absolutely no excuse to be more than 15 minutes late in fact pretty close to 20 minutes late for such a small order.
Slow service, but good hot food every time and their drinks are good
Went for lunch today. Let them know that my husband may join me. Waited for 15 minutes they did not even ask if I wanted something to drink. Very few customers. Wait a little longer still no one came to the table. I visit this Applebee's frequently in the evening but found the staff service during the week days very poor.
Came here for the first time, walked out with food poisoning.Waitress brought me my food and made me wait 5 minutes for cutlery.My drinks were served in to go cups, and the table next to us was served dirty to the new customers.The food tasted bland, and I threw up an hour later for a good couple hours.
Good food and good staff. Happy Hour offers really good too!

I used to come here all the time, at least once a week. A couple months ago I got the worst waitress experience I have ever had in my life and I haven't went back. It's to bad, this restaurant really went down hill. It's truly disappointing. If the food is cooked well and the waiters are attentive its great but recently with the short staff and lack of employees It's been horrible and the food came out cold. We even had to send our food back. The manager wasn't there that day and it showed, they had a visiting manager. It's truly sad because sense then myself and all my friends haven't returned to any applebees due to the lack of customer service and food being bad. Truly a shame.
Great food and good service. The place to eat at in Rohnert park. ? Affordable too.
