Wonderfully friendly staff and yummy food. I ordered the lemon and strawberry crepes, which were very delicious. I'd definitely recommend ordering a side of scrambled eggs with the crepes because they became quite sweet after eating the first few bites. Overall my husband and I had a great meal. We liked the decor as well. Definitely planning to come back for another meal!
First time here and I've been missing out! Classic American Breakfast offerings with generous portions and quality ingredients. If I had to pick something that could be better, the biscuit I ordered seemed like it had just been heated in a microwave.
I've been coming here since I was a kid and it is clear the service has changed over the years, I have never sat down to eat somewhere and left without eating until being seated here. I waited with my girlfriend for just under an hour to be seated, not a big deal I have no problem waiting for great food. We were seated, 10 minutes went by, another couple was seated next to us and got there drinks immediately, the waitress walks by a few times still no hello, no can I grab drinks for you, another 10 minutes go by. The waitress comes by hopefully to get us started, nope just stopping by at the couple next to us to get there order. I consider myself patient but after another 10 min with no interaction I decided it was time to go I understand staff may be short and at times places can be busy but I have never sat somewhere 30 minutes and not been spoken too a simple "I will be with you in a few minutes" would have sufficed but quietly blowing past to the people next to us for 30 minutes is a little frustrating especially when they were seated afterwards. All in all it is what it is
Went for my grandson’s birthday- his eyes popped out when it came. “This is the biggest breakfast I’ve ever had!” He was so happy. Of course I was because he was. Mine was fabulous- so much perfectly done bacon in my omelet- I had it for leftover twice more.
Venita Rhea's is a go-to place for breakfast and brunch. The food has never disappointed, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I went early in the morning and there were very few diners. I didn't feel rushed and enjoyed my breakfast and coffee leisurely. Love this place!
Lovely atmosphere, beautifully decorated, great food, and very kind servers. I loved it that they don't have TVs in there and people were talking to each other. I'll be going back there again.
Took my family here this morning and I can honestly say it was kinda expensive but the portions were on par and the waitress was literally perfect. Our coffee never less then half full before it was topped off. She was so attentive it became a running joke that their had to be microphones. I had the #10 pork omelette and I was still full 6 hours later. All 4 kids and my girl and I had the best experience…. not one complaint. At the end on the day, the price was worth the service and portions.
I ordered the chicken fried steak wrap and it was fine. Not exactly what I was expecting when I order a chicken fried steak burrito but thought I would try it. Next time, I would get something else. The pancakes looked great.One issue for safety conscious people: the wait staff is maskless
