We have eaten here several times now. Their terryaki chicken is large moist chunks. The miso soup has fresh green onion sprinkled on top and tastes bright. The portions are large making the slightly high for lunch prices worth the money. Very nice place for lunch or dinner.
So I’ve been coming here since I was 14 years old, we used to live at El Don drive apartments and it was my favourite place ❤️ I am 31 now… can’t believe how time flies… really good food ❤️❤️❤️
Located in the center of a basic strip center, Tokyo Dori was a great discovery for us. They list a ridiculously large selection of sushi rolls and more. There are good sushi restaurants, but this place is a WOW!!Our team of sushi warriors devoured Calif rolls, Happy, Ichiban, Lion king, and the amazing Poki roll (spicy tuna with a pile of seaweed salad on top).Very calm restaurant, with outstanding service.

I hate to slam a neighborhood place, I have had good sushi there before, but today I had a bad experience there. Took my daughters for lunch. Sesame chicken was okay and predictable , udon was fine, but the stir-fried noodles and veggies were GROSS. Unedible. Something wrong with the frying oil. Not sure if it was old, rancid, burned, reused, or what. I took the dish to go just to be polite, and did not want to say anyting in front of my kids. Also, service was slow -but that's okay, not complaining about that. Carpet on the floor is super dirty. Oh well, time to look for another place.
I ordered the sashimi which was fresh and tasted amazing my friend ordered two different rolls, both of which he totally loved. The location is very clean and service was very prompt

Food is always fresh and very good. Only disappointment was they have stopped serving the broccoli ?. Made my meal feel incompleteWent back and found out they don't serve the broccoli with a salad like they did. That was fine by me, so I ordered a side order of it.
Best place to get sushi in the area. Friendly staff and excellent sushi that you can't get anywhere else. And I've tried quite a few in the area.
They we're working fast despite being short-staffed. The food was good.
