Fast friendly clean. Great complimentary chip and salsa bar. Good portions. This place is waaaay underrated but words getting out and biz seems way up now!
Excellent service always! Their food is very delicious and the portion size is big that some plates can even be too much for one person. The prices are very reasonable and everything is always clean and neat. You can order for take out over the phone or they also do doordash i believe. They can customize your order if you want your order well done or in a specific way. If you ask for salsa a la cora they charge you extra.overall i really like the experience of eating here.
Growing up on Mexican food, I'm very picky, because I know what's good. This place is consistently fabulous. Its one of my favorite spots for Mexican food. The chile rellanos are fabulous, the enchiladas are full of cheese and SO good. Honestly, you can't go wrong here, the food is so good. Give it a try!
Very pleasant setting super clean. Food is displayed fresh but lacking more authentic flavoring and spices.
Food was just okay. Pricing felt a bit high for fajitas ($20.99) and a cheese enchilada ($16.99). Salsa was salty and there wasn’t much flavor. I’ve been to other authentic Mexican places around the Rocklin area and have found them to be better priced and better tasting.
Friendly staff and plenty of space for family dinning. I appreciate the self-serve chip and salsa bar, but overall the food is Average. The quesadilla is pathetic (small and bland) and the guac is like store-bought paste (not house-made). The prices here are also very high for what you get.I did like the larger beer selection (all bottled).
Love Mexican, Southwest, or Tex Mex so we thought we would give them a try. I ordered the grilled chicken Super burrito (chicken, rice, beans, cheese, salsa, guacamole & sour cream), & hubby ordered fajitas. My burrito was missing chicken, salsa, guacamole & sour cream. My hubby’s did not have any tortillas, good thing we had some at home I had picked up the food to go & discovered all this at home. Instead of chicken my burrito had steak. I called & they offered for me to come down—but I didn’t want to & I requested a refund—at least comp my burrito as it wasn’t what I ordered. I even sent pictures, & a follow up text but no response. My burrito was lacking flavor. Check your food before you leave!
Very good Mexican food…from a white guy who grew up with a Mexican aunt who was an amazing cook! Service was fast, responsive, and kind.
Really good food. I usually get so cheap that i always see the taco bell acrossed from this place but clearly the food is better at Taquero. The service is excellent there too.
