Always and forever, the absolute worst tacobell location of all time. Lost count of the times I've spent 20+ minutes stuck in the drive thru, with 45 minutes being my personal record. Orders are wrong at least 50% of the time. Tried going in once and waited 20 minutes for just drinks. Not an exaggeration by any means. Felt terrible for the young crew in there trying to sort through the madness while an older woman employee openly berated them, physically shoving one poor kid. Just absolutely atrocious.
My neighbor took us here right before we went to Monument Park. They have really interesting chairs! The staff is friendly and the food is lightning fast to you.I usually get food her in the drive-thru, but we inside this time. I'm glad we did.
We have been coming here for awhile now and usually through the drive thru. However, this time we decided to eat inside. The floors were sticky, the tables sticky and dirty, the benches were dirty, and one table had food just sitting on it with fries all over the floor and random sauce packets. I understand being short staffed, but your lobby reflects the entire restaurant. If the lobby is dirty what does the kitchen look like? You guys are not busy right now at 10:07 AM on a Saturday. Clean the lobby. I'm giving 2 stars because of possible short staffing.
I stopped going to this Taco Bell. Pre-pandemic based on previous poor food quality. I decided to let go any and all issues to support all business after things opened back up! Well once again same problem another day! I ordered a chalupa supreme. It was about the size of a reg taco Nothing supreme about it, it was mostly folded tortilla with empty filling inside. A small amount of meat cheese ect, Never again will O spend 5$ at this location. I will continue to visit the other TB in my area . Very very disappointed and I should have known better!
Best Taco Bell in or around Rocklin. Never messed up an order and always hooks it up with sauce for drive-thru orders.
I don't understand how they can get my order wrong every single time. Is it a literacy issue? A lack of care? What's wrong that extra cheese becomes no cheese? How does a soft taco become a beef taco supreme? It's so confusing. It's all wrong. They need to pay attention to detail and read the screen. It's not hard.
Super clean inside. Nice employees always. The drive thru lane is the slowest I’ve ever experienced at any Taco Bell but whatever.
I came through the drive thru with my mother at about 12:20pm on 1/6/22. I’ve been coming to this location for years with no problems so far, until today. The customer service was lovely, until we pulled up to the window and saw that cashier Tiffany was working with food and serving customers with her face mask fully pulled down, not covering her face at all. Sure she was washing her hands (which was nice), but not even covering her nose and mouth during a pandemic? As someone who also works in food service, it’s currently required that food workers wear face masks *properly* while working. It’s a matter of safety.
Horrible customer service and they almost always get my order wrong. Will not be coming to this Taco Bell again.
Clean and friendly. Condiments are out so you don't have to ask which is nice. Much nicer than most Taco Bells.
