Love this subway great polite staff
Not sure what the deal was but we were just at the subway here in Rocklin and were next in line and the next person up to make a sandwich just stood there at the far end of the sandwich assembly bar and did not attempt to serve us. After 5 minutes we left and as we were leaving he emidiately ask the next person in line. Apparently Subway in Rocklin does not want our money…. Fine we will go somewhere else from now on
If you're going to any Subway, go to this one. The owner of this Subway really cares about his establishment. It's by far the cleanest and most well-kept Subway I've ever seen. You can see the effort he puts into keeping it this way. Customer service is excellent, very friendly and community oriented. Highly recommend this location in particular.

Came in this morning to get sandwich before our suprise hiking trip and the customer service we got was incredible! 5 stars for sure! Jesse, Chad and Meena were all soooo sweet, kind and amazing! They all deserve to recognize!!!! We always make sure no matter where we go to always say please and thank you. This seemed to suprise them. So before leaving we both made sure to tell them we really appreciate them making our sandwhich. Customer service jobs aren't easy, and they don't always get recognized, so we felt the need to make them feel extra special.!!! Thank you Meena, Jessa and Chad! You guys rock, keep up the good work! And again,thank you so very much for our 2 sandwhich, we do appreciate you guys very much.????

Person who I assumed was the owner was very nice and welcoming. Sub was fresh and tasty, they even added extra meatballs. This'll be my stop coming back from Tahoe
Not in impressed, the owner needs to meet portion requirements per the franchise agreement...
Best Subway shop in the area! Im a regular there for lunch. They know my usual order and always greet me with a smile and a friendly hello!
The manager is always super friendly and always receive great service!
