Second time at this specific Starbucks. A few things noticeable: The large number of employees working with a lack of customers being helped. My drink ordered was incorrect upon receiving it. I ordered an iced drink, and I got a hot one on a 98 degree day. And lastly, I ordered a bread that was shown (2 pieces were displayed), but I was told that they didn't have it since they opened. Hmmmph. The girl helping could have suggested something they had in stock, which she did not at first. Then there were two things that happened that made the bad visit turn around. 1. The girl ringing me up suggested another pastry type, and 2. The girl making the drink apologized for the wait.
On this day, it was just Malachi and I. Tobie was at home with her older sister. I ordered a tall dragon fruit. Malachi got a breakfast sandwich. Yes, breakfast for an afternoon snack. Not much to say here, other than to say the employees were friendly.This location is rather small so if you and 5 of your friends are planning a sit down Starbucks meet up, keep this in mind.
My macchiato taste very watery. It’s like drinking warm milk so gross. I went from 5-6 days a week to 4-5 times a month and now done, I save more than $100 each month now that I get my drink somewhere else. BTW you can get their bacon Gouda sandwich in Costco ($13 for 8).You can save a lot of money too!
I decided to give this location another try after several years and sure enough, they messed up my very simple order. Coffee tasted horrible.
This location gets my mobile order wrong more often than not, but they are they close to my job so I started to order just coffee then add sweetener and oat milk at work.
One of the only Starbucks open on Christmas day! I think all of Roseville was there, but they were doing great for how busy they were!
Richard is to slow at the window. He was holding the drinks while taking orders causing for an extended wait time in the drive thru.
