I won't go into the details, but I was shocked at the way my order was handled. Basically I paid to fix my order bc they were out of the ingredients, but I had already paid for it. And then i paid again for coffee to add to and fix the drink.I work in customer service so I give a lot of room to other service workers, but this was insulting.

Very nice and the drive thru goes pretty quick most of the time. Drinks are made good and I've had no problems

Can you as a corporate entity please get open and closed signs? It would alleviate a lot of frustration
Showed up at 5:30, sign said they closed at 6 as did it here on google. All signs on and walkway signage out. Door was locked. People inside but I was ignored. Maybe hours changed?
People are always lovely! The service, especially drive through, is slower than most Starbucks', but the coffee is always right and the baristas always smile.
A great place for a consistently good cup of coffee! Mobile order is my favorite way to go!!
