The pho was great and the broth was awesome. Sadly my coworker tea tasted horrible so I took a star away.
This place has really stepped it up with their customer service. They also updated their interior. The guy that helped us was super friendly. We got food to go and they got our order correct. Food was fresh and tasty.
This was my second visit to this restaurant and they have done some major upgrades since my last visit. The restaurant is clean and very open feeling. The food is delicious and the service is always quick. The location and parking lot is a pain but the food is definitely worth it.
Nice waiter but...too much MSG in the Pho broth, a good Pho restaurants will take the time to boil the beef bones for hours to make a good natural flavorful Pho broth and not cheat by adding MSG. If you're sensitive to MSG stay away. Another thing is that table #13 where I sat smells like a smelly pet dog, yes even with white dog hair that I seen on the seats.Shame on the person that would allow a pet dog to seat at this restaurant where food is served.
Pho Cali has changed. Maybe there’s a new owner now? I don’t really know what happened but their pho isn’t very good anymore. It was very bland. Prices seem to have gone up and the portion size has gone down. Service isn’t the best either. Both workers there seemed like they were forced to be there.What happened!?I don’t think we’ll eat here again.

Good food. Terrible customer service.Poor communication skills among all staff whether eating in or ordering take-out. The attitude of the male staff here is especially atrocious. The quality of the food is the only thing keeping the place going.
Great Pho, excellent prices. Be warned the regular size is huge! I couldn't eat it all. Hidden treasure. Mango smoothie was amazing! I will definitely eat here again.
I drove 15 minutes to get a sandwich (I arrived at 8:35pm closes at 9pm) to be told that the only thing available was pho.. so basically they stop selling food (except Pho) after a certain time. Maybe you should note this in your hours of operation on your website. Very disappointed!
