Walked in without being greeted and stood there for 10 minutes while the workers talked about some party. It wasn’t even busy! I walked out.

I walked in and waited 4 min. Before anybody would help me. The counter person was hiding in the corner texting. What a way to run a business.

Panda Express is soooo good! The food is always fresh. My favorite is orange chicken! Fast service too.

Panda Express is pretty good. However I was disappointed to find they had closed and locked their doors at 9:15 when they were supposed to be open til 9:30.

DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION. They are very stingy on the entree and when asked about it will suggest you pay for more.

We ordered online and picked it up. They left out part of our order and don't answer their phone. We have to drive back to get a refund.

Check your pick up order. They left out my mushroom chicken. This is what it looked like when I got it home.

Im not usually one to complain, but when i walked in and was asked to require a mask i replied by explaining that placer county does not have a mask requirement rule or temporary law in place anymore. I also added that i was vaccinated. She ignored me and proceeded to say that there were masks behind me on the table. I even asked if she would take my order even if the order was to go. She said no. Until they change whatever company policy to have costumers wear masks i dont think ill ever return. I have had issues with their staff at that location in the past before for the simplest and bare minimum of costumer service. I barely go there because of this reason

To be fair, I haven't been to this Panda Express location in probably 3 years. So I dont know if this is normal for this location. But it was a very slow process to get our food. We waited in line for 20 minutes before finally getting up to the counter to order our food. The reason I didn't give it only 1 or 2 stars is because the food was decent. The quality is still pretty consistent with panda quality as far as the Brocolli Beef and the Beijing Beef are concerned. The fried rice was still decent, but the chow mein was full of cabbage and onions and barely any noodles. The orange chicken was burnt, dry and the portion was miniscule. There was five pieces in the box.

I ordered a bowl of orange chicken, and what I I was white rice and 7 pieces of orange chicken. The pieces were so small to that when I finished it, the bowl was like 50% full of rice. I've been here multiple times but this has never happened before.
