Something is seriously wrong with their drinks. Every single drink we got tasted horrible. The Dr. Pepper was flat, Root Beer was flat, the Coke was excessively carbonated and sweet to where my friend was nauseated from it, and the cherry coke had no cherry flavor. I tried to call them for ten minutes to let them no but they either have their ringer off or don't care. Save yourself money and just get your drinks at a different restaurant.

I didn't care for this place. Mask up but take it off as if that's doing anything what a joke. They also didn't ring up my egg rolls during the transaction so make sure you pay attention to things you order.
Went & got easy dinner. Fast in, fast out. Good food, great service.

Nice place, clean, beautiful interior, food is not bad but customer service is so BAD. I felt like we are borrowing food from them or they give it to us for free, really rude, don't even look at you when you talking to them ? CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY NEEDS TO IMPOVE ?
Today at 5:45pmI recently moved to Rocklin. My first time at this panda.The staff have no customer service skills what so ever. The person filling the orders forgot one of my requests and started helping the next customer. I put my hand up and said you forgot something. She rolled her eyes not saying a word, put 3 of the cream cheese things in a bag. She twisted the bag so tight that she smashed them.The cashier said nothing to me except the price.Awful customer service skills.
