Decent burger- slightly overcooked buns this time but thats just a today thing… cool atmosphere. Seats are getting a little worn but i really like the mixed wood seat backs… def. Would come back

Excellent burger! I had a single patty Swiss combo with personal fries. The flavor is mild and not overwhelming. The potato buns just cradles the beef ND it is not too dense. Just the perfect hamburger bun. Love the fries. It is soft but not crisp. It's nice and sweet. Staff are super friendly and they are courteous. I will be back to try the other burger styles.

10/10! The burger was so fresh and tasted amazing. It was melt in your mouth delicious. Would be back when I’m in area!Staff was friendly and service was quick. Restaurant also seemed super clean!

Got there just before opening and were the first customers of the day. I ordered a double Mooyah cheeseburger with no tomato and no lettuce and also a single Mooyah cheeseburger. We also got one order of fries and two drinks.Order took quite a while to prepare and I was told that they were having trouble with the grill. When the order did come, the fries were overcooked and had no seasoning. Both Mooyah burgers were nothing like what we had experienced in the past. The meat was very bland and the buns were very dry on both burgers. Needless to say we were both disappointed! If our next visit is the like this one we may not return to Mooyah again.

I ordered the Cheeseburger. The burger did not taste like I expected nor how prior burgers at Mooyah taste. There was very little sauce on my burger, almost no lettuce. I was very disappointed. Also, my major complaint is the place is way too cold all the time.

So bummed that my favorite burger place because the bun was the bomb(fresh hot bun) and today the bun was not soft, warm or fresh tasting. Even the kids noticed and would not eat it. I hope all the Mooyahs did not change the bun. Also, it was the second time in a row that the shake machine was out of order and it would be better customer service to put a sign up or announce at the beginning of the order that shakes are not available. Obviously, many customers are going to plan on ordering a shake and each customer should not find out while ordering. I don’t know if the Rocklin site has new ownership or what? Too expensive for less than the norm.

Worst Burger place ever. The food was way to greasy, especially the French Fries and the service was bad too. I cannot believe the many positive reviews, they must be fake! Go there yourself and you will see that I'm telling the truth. It is sad that places like this are allowed to exist. There is nothing better than a good burger with fries, but not what they are serving here. This is an insult to all other burger places who are doing a way better job promoting and serving good burgers.

The please looks clean. The cashier was busy doing sidework when I came in but she was very attentive and asked if I was ready to order 3-4 times before I saw what I wanted. I ordered a cheddar bacon burger with fries and a soft drink. The food took hardly any time to be made. The burger was real small and seemed rather basic for almost $10. The actual bun tasted great though. Unfortunately, the fries were overcooked and cold so I had them make me some new ones. The young man on the fry station quickly handled my request and I had piping hot fries in just a few minutes. The guy that was on the grill gave me the squints every time I pulled out my phone to take a picture. All of the napkin dispensers have a sign asking for Google reviews so he should be used to people taking pictures of their food. The original review was 4⭐ but they get minutes 1⭐ for responding to my review of being served cold fries, with a suggestion to download their rewards app to get FREE fries.

The Double Diablo is the best burger I've ever had - at any restaurant or at home. Ditto for their sweet potato fries. The Rocklin location is excellent with great service and a super nice owner/manager. They weathered the pandemic storm.

Overpriced mediocrity. I ordered a cheeseburger with all the fixings. The whole thing oozed all over my hand with fluids from the beef, cheese, and tomato. The lettuce was only a sliver. The bun was a soggy mess. The fries were tasty though also soggy. The cashier seemed impatient while I was making a decision for my order. He also attempted to hurry me along by pressing selections for me on the payment pad and by needlessly giving me instructions on how to operate my Apple pay. Not surprisingly, the Mooyah oath printed on their bags lacks any mention of customer service. That’s a must characteristic not overlooked by quality minded customer oriented enterprises. Fortunately, in the crowded market of fast food many alternatives exists, and my recommendation is to pick an alternative to the Mooyah in Rocklin, CA.
