Ordered 2 thighs and drumstick original but was given 1 thigh 1breast and 1 drumstick instead. Not only it's wrong order it's also so dry and possibly cooked 4 hours earlier. Note. I picked it up15minutes after orderingSorry KFC but there are other fried chicken restaurants around. Too late to return it. To trash it went
Iced tea was gross and the wait for our food was 13 minutes.
This particular location on 5star has disappointed with old, greasy chicken. It has made me lose my love of KFC.
To put it simply, The food here is just terrible. Been here a couple of times out of desperation, every time the food has been cold and stale. They also forget one of your items usually at the drive-through. So if you happen to go here by chance for whatever reason, make sure you check your order. But I recommend, you don’t go!
Chicken Pot Pie!! Going we tried to go inside, you can't. Went through drive through, you can't order separate. That's very frustrating.
Went twice first time they gave me biscuits and chicken that where so hard they were unedible. They replaced them with slightly more edible food... Will not go back to this location.
Just went to KFC on Fivestar 6:15 pm. Pulled up to the drive thur to order a 8 piece dinner for the family. They told me sorry they have no chicken. They told me to go to the one on Granite drive. My Question is why are they open.If they have no chicken.

Came an hour before closing. Ordered a family bucket meal. Very kind window worker and fast working crew. Good filling meal. Great work ?
Every time I try to order food from this restaurant, they are out of chicken! Yesterday was the final straw. I ordered on line with 1.5 hours notice. They had plenty of warning to drop chicken in time for my order. However, when I arrived I was told it would be 15 minutes. 25 minutes later and I was told it would be another 5 minutes. The only saving grace for this experience was that the chicken was fresh and the staff courteous. But the management needs to do better to plan, especially when they have prior notice like they do with web orders. I will not be coming back!
