Not a good experience at all. First off, the place is filthy, nasty, and so on. I mean straight up disgusting. The store owner should be embarrassed. Looks like they haven't cleaned the walls or floors in months. If the store front is that dirty I'd hate to see what it looks like in the back where customers are unable to have a line of sight!!Secondly, the employee wouldn't let my 4 year old daughter use the restroom. She's literally doing the potty dance in front of the guy and he said they didn't have one so we were forced to run next door to panda express. Even though, I can totally see it in the back of the building with an employees only sign.Jon and Bon might want to invest in cleaning supplies and employee training. We will not be returning. Probably need to start a round of penicillin asap.
Was there on Friday the 15th, love the spiritual aspect…but the kid working was not friendly at all. Told him I have never been there and his response was “yeah, ok”. Not telling me what you offered, tried to sell, nothing. I was also not impressed that when I asked the sizes of the Hawaiian ice, he said small and large. I asked again, hoping he would show me the cup size, but he just repeated small and large, like I was stupid. When I asked what makes a small a small, that is when he said a small is filled half full and a large filledAll the way. So when he gave me my ice…it was half full when I asked for a large. “Do you want me to add more?” Well yes for a large the cup should be full. Like I said, I will stop again, but if he is there, I am turning around and leaving. He had no Christian spirit at all. This was about 11:15am and only one soft serve machine was ready. I know it is hard to get decent workers, but he isn’t even close to decent.
The best cookies n cream yogurt anywhere around here!! It’s a cute little shop with great selection of toppings and super clean! Employee was so nice! This is our new go to yogurt shop!
2 stars for costumer service.. we came an hour before closing and the employee told us that he wasn't happy about it because he was hoping to close early.. that was kinda messed up ..the yogurt was super good tho thats why 2 stars and not 1

Cole was very friendly and has great customer service skills!! Yogurt is cheap AND delicious, definitely my new favorite spot. Also had one of my favorite bible verses on the wall in there! ❤️
Jon and Bon's is a little different than most yogurt shops. In a good way (as a parent or cost conscious consumer). Instead of a giant cup you fill to hearts content, they have 5 or 6 different sizes with set cost (add-ons extra set fee). They have several yogurt and/or sorbet options with swirls like all the rest. They also have ice cream for those that prefer that route of creamy goodness! I've yet to be disappointed with Jon and Bon's :)
Such a cute place! Lots of choices! Great customer service! I love all the Bible scriptures on the walls ?. Definitely will be back.
Great experience when we went here last week . Unfortunately the past 2 nights we tried going at 9 - 9:30pm and it was closed, even though online it says open until 11pm. Both times there was a hand written sign that says “we’re closed right now sorry”. It says hours were last updated a week ago by business. Suggest correcting the hours to avoid people driving for no reason. Assuming maybe there’s a staffing issue.Will still try to go back because it really was great when we had it!
I went in for some frozen yogurt not expecting that much, but I was very surprised at how helpful and nice the staff was. Deena was a stand out, she made my frozen yogurt experience great. In my opinion, she deserves a promotion, or at least a big raise.
