The workers here are trash we ordered chicken nuggets and they were hard and looked a week old how some quality control. I know its fast food but that was terrible!!!
Lobby still closed, which makes no sense, incompetent staff, poor food quality and make sure to ALWAYS check your bag before leaving. This location is an absolute joke and you SHOULD go to any of the other restaurants neighboring it
Worse Jack N the Box franchise ever I’ve been to in Northern and Southern California!! The Jumbo Jack combo was so bad, I threw it away after a couple of bites! The hamburger meat was lukewarm and rubbery, the fries were lukewarm with a few cold pieces, and the Lemonade was watered down. Also, the area was unkept, unswept, with trash and debris surrounding it. Would Never Eat Here Again, Nor Recommend them!!
I'd give it 5 stars for the food but oh my god that drive thru speaker is the worst! Been coming her for a while now and it's horrible. It's got to be so frustrating for the employees who have to repeat everything 10 times. Fix your speaker .. at least to make your employees job a little easier. Good food as always. Get the egg rolls;
So I went in yesterday morning to get a breakfast burrito, I got my food went to work. Sat down to eat my breakfast, took a bite and there was a long black hair in my burrito, this almost made me throw up. Best way to ruin my morning and my appetite.
Today my visit here was good no issues or problems drive threw was alittle slow but all was good food was same.Overall nice visit Thanks for the delicious lunch options!!
A buddy and I went to go grab a quick lunch and the lady in the drive thru gave us the wrong food. So we went back to get the right things and she gives us the wrong things again only to come back the third time and we over heard her tell her co worker that she “has to give these ladies their food” ( were both men). Honestly a terrible show of costumer service and won’t be going there again. Wouldn’t recommend to any one.
Good food . Drive thru only, they often make small mistakes but good about fixing them
Besides this place being the only establishment open after 10pm in this part of town. The staff was expedious, courteous and friendly and the burgers and fries were cooked well. Don't forget your coupon's ?
Everything I tried to order.... we're out of those....No eggrolls, chicken strips, diet soda.Then I ordered lemonade at the window.They came back a few minutes later and said they were out of that too.If you have no food, close for the day.
