Through the 30 years in Roseville, this location have always honored Military and Veterans year-round. I report all businesses no matter what kind it is with honoring Military and Veterans. Those type of services deserve the coveted 5th star.Surprising as of what was explained to me since the iHOP app rewards came out and a change of new management, NO LONGER honoring Military/Veterans year-round .This location's interior and exterior upgrade, good customer service and the cooks that make the items are great and all. But sadly, will have to downgrade the number of stars solely for not honoring Military.
Sadly As We Sat Down A Huge Roach Scurried Across The Floor!!? I Informed The Waitress Who Got The Janitor To Sweet It Up, Then We Were Informed They Had An Infestation The Night Before! Yikes!!..I Understand Things Happen,But Def Not A Way To Keep Customers!!✌️ Was Passing Thru Town,Had A Not So Good Experience A Few Years Ago Stopping At This Same Location, But I'm Always Good With Second Chances. But Sadly..No Thank You!!✌️
Looking for a decent dinner (or breakfast for dinner) place on a Friday night without the hassle of waiting for an hour to be seated? IHOP is your place. We came it at 9p and there where there or four parties of 3-5 people each dining in. We were seated right away. My wife ordered the 10oz t-bone steak and egg while I ordered the mega monster cheese burger (2 steak burger). Our kids ordered pancakes and waffles. We all enjoyed our orders. Horacio, our server, was attentive and accommodating to our special requests.
Food was good. Could improve in there service, It took awhile to get my breakfast, and waiter waited to the end to check if I needed more water or any other service. Prices were good.

Food was good, staff was limited like everywhere else but they were hustling and friendly which goes a long way. All you can eat pancakes is the bomb.com, needed a wheel burrow to get me to my car.
Great service and great food! Our waiter was amazing and brought our food out quickly. He also kept our drinks topped off and was right there when we needed him.
It is time. I really like IHop steak and MEXICAN TRES LECHES PANCAKES. But it looks like they are putting less and less stuff every day. We order Mexican Tres Leches Pancakes and l wish l took a picture of how much of caramel or dulce de leche they put with them. It was literally one tea spoon of each. Which is barely enough for one pancake. It's ridiculous. Do you really think that this is enough? Are you really that stingy? So, if you want dry pancakes, this is a place for you.
When you pay $20 for a short stack and regular stack to go, you should expect to get all of your pancakes. I got 2 pancakes for a short stack and 4 on a regular.1 packet of syrup.Now I remember why it has been forever since I've gone to IHOP.Looks like IHOP is on my list of permanently never go ever again restaurants.
