Del taco menu. I had the nachos miss the topping they used to have however fair nacho. My brother had the quesadilla and regular taco. He said was good. Cleanest del taco I have been . Restrooms look new however I know this location had been there for at least a couple years. Friendly staff. Opened the door for my brother. With his walker he has trouble opening the door. She said " hope to see you next time.
Terrible customer service. We waited at the drive through for at least 5 minutes with no response from anyone. When we came inside and asked if the drive through was working and explained how long we were waiting, they responded with "well it's working now." I made my order and they handed me the receipt without word. No "thank you" no "your order will be up soon" and no "sorry about the wait".
My visit here today was great I was able to easily look over the well lit menu and see what they had and what was being offered. The service through the drive threw was quick and efficient the lady was very nice and got my order correct.Overall a very nice visit here You guys made my lunch perfect Much Appreciated!!
I have found this location to be very disappointing. It is still unable to open it's dining area. The staff is rude and under trained. It will be a long while before I stop again.
I drive motorhomes for a living so I'm parked at CB. I walk over to get some food. Closed on the inside so go to the drive thru and try to order. Nope need to be in a vehicle, my boss won't let me. Seriously your all sitting around doing NOTHING but talking and aying on your phone. I'm sure your boss would have liked some money.
Love the classic chicken burritos and tacos. Great prices, bring back the macho fry in a cup. It was a great family share.
I've visited this location 3 times too many. All 3 orders were incorrect and under portioned. One cashier repeatively slammed the drive thru order window very agressively while their manager was overseeing their work. The staff do not appear happy working here and managment seems to be terrible. I had a burrito on Halloween and the beans tasted like cigarettes. I do not trust this Del Taco. Avoid this location if you want an accurate order.
Wish I could give this place a zero.....I just ordered three bean/cheese burritos via the drive thru line. I had one bite and immediately tasted tobacco smoke (like someone made the burrito after taking a smoke break). I had another bite and tasted tobacco smoke again. My mom also had a bite of her burrito and tasted the same thing. It was gross and we immediately went back to get a refund. It was $3 worth of burritos but we wanted to let them know the taste was off and to let then know something was wrong. My mother went inside to complain to the manager and was barely given the time of day. The manager barely made eye contact and brushed it off. He had the audacity to laugh and say "That's weird because no one smokes here". He then turns around and gives his back to my mom. The female cashier issued a refund, no problem. The issue here was the manager's response. No professionalism and very rude.?
This particular Del Taco sucks. Horrible slow service. I've come here 5 or 6 times now and only once has the service been a normal wait time. It takes an eternity between cars in the drive through even if the order in front of you (or your order) are only a couple items. The Folsom location is much better. Only nice thing about the Rocklin one is the location and the building.
I understand we are going through a pandemic, but every time I come here there’s an issue of some kind. Stale tortillas, cold food, missing food, wrong food, etc. I’ve literally had it with this del taco. It’s not that far away from me, which I why I kept coming back. But with all the inconsistencies I’m done. Soooo not worth it. Won’t be back
