We ordered cookies for our daughters grad party and boy we they delicious! We placed a catering order online and it was easy and fast. The General Manager, Judit was very communicative throughout the process and our order was ready when we arrived at our scheduled time for pick up. The cookies came in a large catering box that was easy to transport to the party and the cookies were SO delicious!I will definitely order from Crumbl Rocklin again, very impressed by their service!
Never been, and will probably not go back. I agree that the staff and customer service was 4-5 star, but not the product. Especially not close to $20 for 4 large cookies. The blueberry cheesecake was good, but how do you ruin chocolate chip cookies? Bad!
Very frustrated that they won’t accept cash. I tried To pay for a large order with cash and they turned me away. I didn’t have a card on me - but should be able to pay cash for goods. Just shocked at what our society is coming to. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here at this location and your refusal of my money will cause you to lose all further business from me. My kids were so disappointed at our last encounter. Going to Crumbl was a fun treat for them. We will have to find a new place to spend our money.

Utterly delectable cookies! Curbside pickup is fast and pleasant, and these cookies never disappoint. I have also tried their ice cream and it is quite smooth and well packaged to go. Crumbl has raised the bar for quick and fresh desserts!
Their cookies are insanely good. The cookie options change weekly so it’s a great way to try different flavors. Paired with their ice cream they taste even better. Love this place!
