Sushi was amazing and the staff was super friendly. The sushi was so good I forgot to take a picture of it
The sushi may not be the most quality in town but the price reflects that. The restaurant has a fun look to it I don't know how else I would describe it.The best part of the experience for me was the staff. We came in and they were so happy and nobody seemed to hate it there.
Lilu was awesome! I tried to tip her 100 dollars but she was so sweet she just brought me change! Wow incredible service. Sad she didn’t want a tip tho :(
It's always a joy to come here! The location is pretty both indoors and outdoors. The rolls are sooooo good! We had The hot ex wife, Johnny roll and lion king roll. If you love sushi, you'll love it here! The only thing missing is a bar . The rolls are 50% off (we went during lunch)
Crazy Sushi is not what it once was. We have had an unenjoyable experience the past 2 time we've eaten there. They began by bringing out a single pc. of ginger and a dime sized dollop of Wasabi. While their rolls are still "reasonably" tasty...they are notably smaller than before. We noticed the fish portions on/in all 5 rolls ordered were very small (poor $ value). Clearly, they are overly focused on cost-cutting. Sadly, they no longer provide an enjoyable dining experience. I doubt we will return.
Beef teriyaki tasted like stir fry beef, rice serving is very small. Spicy chicken had little meat, but more veggies, etc. However, the server was excellent.
Wonderful meal for our date night, before your movie next door! Great portions for the prices! We'll definitely be returning!
Shame on the owners of this restaurant for not allowing their staff to use the wait list. We waited 45 minutes just to get drinks and our order taken and not because those poor girls weren't working, they were running around like crazy with far too many tables for 2 waitresses. When they continued to sit tables I suggested kindly that they might consider not seating anymore tables as they were obviously way behind and overworked. The waitress informed me they are not allowed to use the wait list until all tables are full because the owner doesn't like that. These ladies were working so hard and kept up a great attitude. If you can't hire more staff you need to be able to appreciate what help you do have because they rock and it's not fair to them.Otherwise food was ok after taking over an hour to get to us.
Customer service is excellent, friendly atmosphere. Sushi tastes good, but the Ramen ? is what i enjoy the most
First place I go if Mikuni Kaizen is too busy. Most of the rolls are great! My favorite is the Stephani, but Mt Fuji, and shrimp love are excellent as well. Lots of variety and good quality. I will actually order Nigiri here. Best scallops I've had outside of SF! Bit on the small side for seating and staff is hit or miss, post pandemic. Movie theatre, pottery painting, and the arcade are next door for families. So is the Pink Martini (bar).
