I like Chipotle, but this is was a poor example of their experience. 1) Really miserly portions even on the cheap stuff like beans and grilled veg ... normally they are generous with that part of the bowl 2) Food was not hot, warm at best. 3) Slow as all get out. I get that everyone has to learn their gig but it seemed like the whole line was new at once. There was almost no line, heaven forbid they got busy!

I've delivered DD from this particular Chipotle and it stays super busy. I went in tonite to treat myself and the family. It was a modest line inside, great. As I stood in line I began to notice the two young ladies preparing orders, they were really intune. As I continued to watch in amazement I had to comment and let both ladies know how awesome they looked working together and making sure every customer got thier orders right. Not to mention they were filling and bagging orders like no other.my turn came and I was exited and hungrier. 4 orders I had to place. Before I knew it I was filled and ready to be bagged up. All this to say it was a great experience at Chipotle thanks to those wonderful intune workers. Wish I could have left even bigger tip, they deserved every dollar..

Chipotle is always a great place to visit if you have a combo of those who indulge in their food and those that want to keep the calorie count low. Super fresh food and great prices. Perfect.

Online order for my son and I ordered 3 steak tacos for my son and he got black beans no steak I ordered steak burrito with pinto beans on side did not get that either they will kot answer there phone when busy so I gave my son half of my burrito not happy

This location's "drive through" is a disaster. You order online and chose a time for pickup. I chose 12:00 and arrived 5min early. The drive through lane was packed with cars and the line was not moving. People all around are visibility frustrated, getting out of their cars to walk inside leaving their vehicles unattended in the drive through lane. I write this review still stuck in the drive through with cars packed ahead and behind me. 45 min after my scheduled order I am now the next car in line. They are servicing about 1 car every 5 to 8 minutes. They need to make some big changes to this online drive through order system.

Out of chips and guac tonight. But you would have never known that; Because they didn’t bother to put up a sign saying they were out. And then you get all the way to the end of your bowl and are asking for both and there is none to be had. Thanks a lot chipotle. Would have never ordered the bowl in the first place had I seen a sign on the door or been told from the beginning.

Visited yesterday.....dumbest mistake ever because I have become ill after eating queso and guac from here. Apparently, I forgot (but, in my defense, its been a year).However, yesterday was DISGUSTING. Wanted Barbacoa and when the (server) went to get meat out of the heating tray, she fished out a full tong - with the tong on the line. She did not remove the meat from the line, just the tongs. Who even knows have long the tongs were buried in the barbacoa. Then, she served the meat to the people who were behind us. Heat only kills so many germs. NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE WILL I EAT AT THIS LOCATION. Twice I have seen food mishandled and become ill because of it. The chuck roast used to make the Barbacoa is not expensive enough to keep the meat on the line after contamination (receipt attached to prove I was there). I highly doubt I will get a response from the location but I will be following up with corporate because staff at this location has not been trained correctly. Also, not sure what they actually do when they have down time but to not have brisket nor veggies at the peak of dinner time is a horribly incompetent business model.

Ordered take out. A burrito with double chicken. There was no chicken at all! Taking advantage of people who ordered take out. If you want to fix it you can go back and they will make you a new one. What are we supposed to do- open everyone’s food and cut open the burrito to make sure it’s made correctly? Shame on you chipotle rocklin.

They skimp on ingredients HARD. Got a half portion of chicken in my burrito bowl, asked for more meat. They threw in two more tiny pieces. Only one side of the bowl had meat. Asked for extra cheese. They didn’t put it so I had to ask a second time. Chipotle needs to chill with the portion control. I can’t find a good location anymore.

Nah...portion seemed over the top ( maybe to compensate.. lacking flavor). it basically cafeteria line like purchase of large portion bland food to fill the masses. Didnt see a trademark item.
