Used to love the food here. The food isn’t as high quality anymore, and the service is terrible. I asked her 3 times for tea and she never brought it over to me. The won ton soup has for sure downgraded. The honey walnut shrimp sauce was too heavy and you don’t get many shrimps for what you are paying for. The chicken is also very dry. I don’t know what happened to this place, as it used to be much better. I don’t recommend eating here unless you want to waste your money.
Chang Bros is our favorite Chinese food spot! The family that owns this small chain is very friendly and their dedication to great customer service makes every experience a good one. We love the food! My wife’s favorite is the subgum wanton soup, sweet and sour pork and honey sesame chicken. My favorites are the hot and sour soup, BBQ spare ribs, shrimp in hot garlic sauce, double cooked pork and combo chow mein. The portions are very generous and you’re always left with enough for lunch the next day. We highly recommend Chang Bros!

This was the worst chinese take out We have ever had . We come from the bay area where we which has really good Chinese restaurants .We are 78 years old and are experienced Chinese food eaters . Never have we ever been so dissatisfied with Chinese food. We ordered sweet-and-sour shrimp and what we got is a bowl of what was supposed to be sweet and sour sauce which was Runny and clear and the shrimp (which I don’t have a photo of ,which I regret )because we threw it away was breaded with this huge fluffy amount of breading withA tiny rubbery tough piece of shrimp inside. We ordered Kung pow chicken and broccoli beef which both were so so the beef almost tasted like it was soy instead of beef it had no texture it was soft and kind of slimy I’m not sure if it was beef my husband actually like the beef you said it was tender. I didn’t think it even tasted like beef. This restaurant has some decent ratings but I would never go back. The staff was polite and they had a difficult time understanding what I wanted over the phone. They did get the order right. They were very polite.
The wor won ton Soup was bland. Husband's Mongolian beef was also bland. We have yet to find a Chinese restaurant as good as in SJ. Maybe we are spoiled.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The food is always consistently delicious and fresh whether it is for dine in or take out.
