You know how good this Arby's on this location.It is Awesome!!!!Everytime I come here the employees greet you, always smiling and having a good time.The atmosphere is also clean.Who ever owner's that owns this location. Makes sure the employees are awesome.
For months now this particular arbys will short you on roast beef for so many sandwiches. Every regular roast beef should have 3oz on it, and EVERY single time it’s so obviously under 2oz and not that at all. The staff can be extremely rude and condescending, to be honest this place is rotted. You’ll get ripped off for what you pay for.
I love Arby's. This one is super close to my house. My last 4 times there my sandwich was not good. Either been sitting out a while, soggy, or meat was old. Disappointing.
Food was good per usual. Cashier was having difficulty with knowing what is on the menu as far as what ingredients go on which items and what different types of cheese they have. Super friendly though.
I went to Arby's (Rocklin,CA) tonight and ordered food for the family. One French dip, two roast beef sliders and two curly fries. Fries received were cold. Sandwiches were smashed. No sauces received with the meals, including no au jus which is part of the French dip meal.I called and spoke to the assistant manager tonight, Feb 9 2022 at 7:10pm (Pacific Time). She said there was no manager on duty, so I had to address my problem with her. I informed of my issues stated above, and she was extremely unfriendly and unconcerned. She said she would provide the missing sauces only, but I had to drive back across town now, and there was nothing else she was willing to do about this issue.When I informed her that I was considering calling the corporation to complain about the poor service, she said, "Go ahead. I don't care." Wow, right? Well, there you have it. Tells me all I need to know about this restaurant. You think I trust them to cook any of my family's meals now? You think I will ever return to an Arby's again. Umm, ABSOLUTELY NOT...there are way too many other options out there.
Went to see if they had their 2 for$6 deal and they did. I got the crispy fish sandwich and they were yummy. I can recommend these. I don't think I could make them for that price. A great value.
An order or 3 regular roast beef sandwiches, spicy chicken sandwich, 9 piece chicken nugget and 2 large curly fries only get 4 complementary Arby's sauces and 3 ranches and 3 napkins... you have to buy the sauces. I haven't in a long time seen anybody charge for sauce.... especially on bigger order. Poor service ?
I just love Arby's! I usually get their beef N cheddar sandwich with jalapeño poppers that comes with bronco berry sauce. I also tried their new spicy sandwich with a free snack shake and it was pretty tasty.
Ordered three chicken sandwiches take out only.(Arby's Rocklin) Got home and each sandwich consisted on of 1 chicken strip cut in half!!!!! It was not even a big chicken strip to begin. Just Terrible!!
My visit here was nice and easy and the food was pretty delicious ?, my service threw the drive threw was great no issues and it was hot and ready!Overall great visit Thanks for a long overdue experience here much appreciated!
