Placed a mobile order because I was in a hurry arrived to this location and the app didn't let me check In for carside delivery they would not answer the phone at the location and the doors were locked and hand written sign that said drive thru only this defeats the purpose of preodering if you have to wait 20 mins in drive thru for your mobile order
First off I like to eat at Yoshinoya, but over the years this one has become noticeably more and more terrible I ordered 1 large beef & 1 large chicken. They took my hard earned cash and gave me half portion sizes. I waited 30min in the drive thru mind you gas is not cheap! I called the employee's working there and talked to them in a calm professional manner they said they weight before putting it in. Does this look right to you! $21 absolutely shameful especially when all we wanted was a good meal
If anyone reads this please be aware of this food place it’s not organize and really unsanitary I purchase a combo plate for me and my spouse and we found human hair in our meat ? It was disgusting I went to speak to manager about it and she completely ignore me and told me that it was not coming from there kitchen when I had clearly open my plate without eating any of the food and I notice it and brought it to her attention! I threw the food away and requested my refund which neither the cashier or manager attempted to give me me back ! Please customers avoid this place and try to eat somewhere else where is more clean and attentive of there food preparation.
Man this food was very good. I am definitely going back there soon. The only downside is thatwe had to wait a fee minutes for our order but we did place a pretty good size order so I won't hold this against them. The food was delicious
The lady was nice. There’s 2 stars.My husband ordered a bowl. She asked if he wanted a large….but a large is NOT a bowl, a large is a plate….so why ask what size he wants when there is only one size bowl? So he said “I guess a large” & guess what I got, NOT a bowl. Instead I got a styrophome container covered in dripping liquids to the point I had to dump it into a bowl at home which I wouldn’t have had to do had they have just given me what we ordered….the bowl. ALSO the amount that came in the large combo was LESS food, the container was half empty & when I put it into my bowl at home didn’t even fill it. So we paid $4 more for less food & a huge mess….instead of up charging us, just give us what we asked for. THERE IS NO LARGE BOWL. Don’t mess with my food by offering me something that doesn’t even exist.
WORST SERVICE WE HAD EVER LAST FEB 12. We only ordered for 2 HOWEVER IT TOOK FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR US TO WAIT. NO MORE CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF US HOWEVER NO ONE FROM THEM FOLLOWED UP OUR ONLY 2 ORDERS. FRUSTRATED & VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!?
I hated Yoshinoya for years. I had liked them about 12 years ago. BUT, a coworker of mine when there in the beginning of Deceember 2021 and it smelt really nice. Since then, I've been about 6 times and I have to recommend them again. Everything seems better, minus the service.(Think they need to hire more people, but w/e)I will go back there again and again
Don't use the drive-thru. It took us setting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. Then we got to the window it took another 10 minutes for they to gave us the food. It was sitting on the counter. The drive-thru person told me that she was doing something else. So the drive-thru is not important enough.
Inside of store is normally not well kept the last (4+ times) I've came to this location.Their chicken is nothing but 20% chicken the rest is fat.Not to sure if I would recommend this location they also are mostly rude and continuously have the drive thru wrapped around the restaurant.
This is the worse place that I have ever gone for food. Pure garbage. Food was raw, had to go through the drive through to pick up an order that I placed online. It took me 45 minutes to go through because they are short handed and "corporate" insisted that they had to work. On top of everything se, when I got home the order was incorrect. On a scale of 1 to 10 they should get a minus 100!
