BEST WINGSTOP IN RIVERSIDE!!!!! ??I’m a Door Dash Delivery Driver, as well as loyal customer to this WINGSTOP location. Yesenia the store Manager is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!!! Very sweet lady, who gives her all to each and every customer that walks through the door. Anytime I pick up an order, wether it’s for a customer, or for myself, the service I receive is always phenomenal. The whole staff is always very friendly, kind, working extremely hard, and you can tell they truly care about giving the best customer service they can possibly give. Huge disappointment! I used to love 'dry' Louisiana rub wing, but stop going since covid. Today i was excited to order it again for my kids because it was late for me to cook. From the time i pick up the to go box and snift it. It didn't smell the same. When we ate it. It is not dry at all, in fact it is wet and kinda soggy. It was not very appetizing, the spice taste and smell different too. What a shame, don't think i will order from wingstop ever again. My kids ate only one wing and the other one took only 1 bite , told me they prefer the 'copy cat' Louisiana wings that i make at home during covid time which they love a lot. If you used to order Louisiana wing from few years ago before covid, you will know what i am talking about, it used to be very crispy with dry Louisiana rub, not soggy sitting in grease like the one I received today. Seasoning is off too.
This place has a great service, the food was warm, and on time, the people there are so nice and friendly, definitely recommend this wingstop!

Went In today thinking I placed my order at this location however I didn’t and they were able to make my wings in under 20 minutes and it was delicious. Customer service was on point today to the guy who made my wings and cheese fries thank you for going above and beyond with my order today! 10/10 recommend.Thank you for great service
I had such an amazing experience here! especially my encounter with Hayley ! such a nice and amazing young woman. You can tell she works hard and is so friendly and outgoing with everyone. The place was nice and clean and my food was one of the best meals i’ve had in a while. Thank you to this wing stop location for making my visit enjoyable, will be coming back soon !
